The Agency was established in the World Heritage Site of Saltaire in the early 1990's by James Ickringill & partners back in the early nineties, and in that time has established itself as one of the leading Agencies within the area. More recently the running of the agency has been taken over by Steven Gardner, whom was a former employee of the firm.

 

Steven has over 10 years experience of the Bradford Property Market and is a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents. He prides himself on a focused, professional and ethical hands on approach to the marketing of property, with a commitment now rarely seen.
